Services

The Springwater Transitional Living program provides several services to homeless youth, including

• Safe Housing
• Case Management
• Rental Subsidies for Independent Apartments
• Life Skills
• Referrals to Community Resources
• Prioritization of Education
• Community Service Opportunities

Who is eligible?

Youth who are between 16 and 21 years old, currently or in immediate risk or becoming homeless. Individuals who are ready to prioritize their education, and are willing to obtain a source of income and save money. People who want to work toward stable, independent living conditions. Youth who are able to meet with a case manager weekly, to focus on goals.
